Secure Global Solutions (SGS) announces the installation of new alarm call monitoring software at Brink’s Home Security Holdings, Inc. The software package — stages™ — is designed to improve speed of access to customer data by operators monitoring alarm signals. Approximately 1.3 million alarm monitoring accounts have been transferred to stages™.

Both old and new systems had to work effectively as thousands of new accounts were added weekly. Any problems could have resulted in delayed sales and service.”

Equipment and software were installed in two Brink’s Home Security facilities – Dallas, TX and Knoxville, TN – where the company’s monitoring operations are located. Databases were integrated, tested, and activated in just eight weeks.
